Self Reflection...
Describing oneself is never an easy task, and I'm certain my colleagues throughout my career could provide a wide range of perspectives—both positive and critical. As for my personal characteristics and values, here's what I can share:
I am deeply determined when I set my focus on a task, and I carefully map out the path to achieve success. That said, I remain open to feedback and ideas from my colleagues, always ready to adapt and restructure when needed.
I do not feel envy towards others' achievements, talents, or attributes. On the contrary, witnessing success—even when it is not my own—brings me genuine satisfaction.
I strive for originality and creativity, preferring unique solutions that break new ground. Surprising and inspiring those around me with innovative ideas and approaches is something I truly enjoy.
My greatest satisfaction comes from understanding a need, envisioning a solution, translating it into actionable plans, and ultimately delivering successful outcomes. However, I am less drawn to the operational aspects of projects after they go live, as I prefer challenges that require creativity over repetitive daily workflows.
